Operation Department

is the execution arm of the agency, responsible for carrying out field activities and ensuring that plans and policies are implemented effectively on the ground

Main Functions of the Operations Department:

1. Implementation of Projects:
Executing beautification, landscaping, and environmental projects approved by the agency.
Deploying teams and equipment for site work across the state.

2. Supervision and Monitoring:

Overseeing daily field operations to ensure quality and timely delivery of projects.

Monitoring the condition of landscaped areas and reporting maintenance needs.

3. Coordination of Field Staff:

Managing the activities of gardeners, cleaners, technicians, and other ground workers.

Assigning tasks and ensuring work schedules are followed.

4. Equipment and Logistics Management:

Handling the use, repair, and maintenance of operational tools, machines, and vehicles.

Ensuring logistics for materials (e.g., soil, flowers, tools) are available when needed.
